Meet the Coaches
Kenny Crew
Head Coach and Manager
Coach Crew is one of the founding members of the Richmond Diamonds Softball Association in 1991. He has coached 17 seasons of Diamonds softball and also umpired at the college level in the Big South, CAA, ODAC, USA South, and Junior College. Coach Crew currently runs the Matoaca Youth Athletics Football Program in Chesterfield, VA where the Football stadium at Motoaca Park is named after him.
Greg Kouri
Coach
Coach Kouri has coached and instructed the Richmond Diamonds teams for many years. Coach Kouri is a defensive specialist with a love for the game and passion to see it played correctly. His repetition type practice drills ensure what is learned during practice becomes second nature on the field during games. Coach Kouri’s greatest accomplishment was coaching his daughter on the Diamonds who went on to play softball for Roanoke College.
